Licensed Practical Nurse
Duties
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and monitoring vital signs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatments
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the appropriate medical personnel
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in the state of [Location]
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: ICD-9, ICD-10 coding, Gastric lavage, Neonatal ventilator, Pediatrics, Hospice care, Senior care

Pay: $28.50 - $31.00 per hour with a shift differential of $3/hour for evenings and $4/hour for nights.
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
