The Food Service and Housekeeping Associate helps ensure guests have professional, consistent, and safe dining and lodging experiences. The role includes assisting with meal preparation, cooking, serving, and other kitchen duties during food service events, and occasionally managing kitchen operations in the absence of the Food Service Director by following established plans. Between events, the associate also supports the Lead Housekeeper by helping clean and maintain LBBC’s facilities.
