DESCRIPTION:Todd County Health and Human Services and the Long Prairie Police Department are joining this year for a collaborated summer Community Event\, Night Out at the Movies!\n\nThis Free\, Safe\, Family Friendly event will be held at the Long Prairie Drive In Theater\, “Long Drive-In”\, 24257 Riverside Dr\, Long Prairie on August 5th! We have a back up date of August 12th in case of bad weather on the 5th.\n\nThis year’s event is a combination of what was considered “National Night Out” hosted by the Long Prairie Police Department and Annual Drive In Event hosted by the Todd County Health and Human Services. We are excited about collaborating together to make it one community event! With us joining our brains and resources\, it will be bigger and better!\n\nOur vision for this event is to invite Law Enforcement\, Fire Departments and EMS (Emergency Medical Services) to meet and see their equipment. Along with\, Todd County’s area service providers to share local resources available in and around Todd County. As well as\, planning on having a bounce house\, dunk booth\, petting zoo and a children’s museum\, “Wonder Trek” there! Then starting at about 8:50pm families will be able to enjoy a family friendly movie.\n\nVendor set up will begin at 4pm with event start time of 5:30pm and go until about 8:30 for vendor tear down and movie prep.
